Amazon guide

How to make a daily packing list from Amazon invoice PDFs

Amazon sellers get more than one invoice layout, and the quantity is printed in a Qty column rather than repeated per piece. Here is how to read them all into one picking list.

  1. 1

Download the invoice or label PDF

From Seller Central, download the tax invoice or label PDF for today's dispatch — the same file you print before handover.

  2. 2

Upload it to the packing list tool

Open the home page and tap Upload order PDFs. Several files can be uploaded together with your Meesho and Flipkart files.

  3. 3

    Different invoice layouts are handled

Both the simple label layout and the tax invoice table are read. On invoice pages the SKU written in brackets after the ASIN is used as the product name, and the quantity is taken from the Qty column.

  4. 4

    Pick from the combined list

Products are listed once with their total quantity, sorted by quantity and then alphabetically, with the 1x, 2x and 3+ split shown.

  5. 5

    Copy it to WhatsApp

Tap Copy to WhatsApp to share today's picking list and the order count for each platform with your team.

Common questions

My invoice shows a long product title. What appears in the list?

When the invoice prints an SKU in brackets after the ASIN, that short SKU is used so your list matches your rack labels. Otherwise the description is used.

Is my invoice data safe?

Yes. The PDF is read inside your browser on your own device and is never uploaded to any server.

Can I use it for multiple platforms at once?

Yes. Upload Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho PDFs together and you get one combined packing list.
