Meesho guide

How to make a daily packing list from Meesho label PDFs

If you dispatch Meesho orders every day, counting each label by hand takes time and mistakes creep in. Here is how to turn the same label PDFs you already download into one packing list, with courier-wise order counts.

  1. 1

Download your Meesho labels as usual

In the Meesho supplier panel, download the label PDF for the orders you are dispatching today. You do not need any special export — the same file you print is enough.

  2. 2

Open the packing list tool and upload the PDF

Open the home page and tap Upload order PDFs. You can select several files at once, including Flipkart and Amazon files for the same day.

  3. 3

    Read your consolidated list

Every product is listed once with its total quantity, sorted by quantity first and then alphabetically. The 1x, 2x and 3+ columns show how many orders need one piece, two pieces, or three and more.

  4. 4

    Check the courier-wise order count

Meesho orders are grouped by delivery partner, so you can see how many parcels go to each courier before handover.

  5. 5

Copy it to WhatsApp and start packing

Tap Copy to WhatsApp and paste the list into your packing team's chat. Nothing is uploaded anywhere — the PDF is read inside your own browser.

Common questions

Do I need to sign up?

No. There is no account and no installation. Open the page, upload the PDF and use the list.

Are my order files uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF is read on your own device inside the browser; the file never leaves your phone or computer.

Can I combine Meesho with Flipkart and Amazon orders?

Yes. Upload all the files together and the products are combined into one list, with a separate order count for each platform.
