Flipkart labels often carry more than one piece of the same product in a single order. Here is how to get an accurate picking list from the PDFs you already print.
From the Flipkart seller panel, download the label PDF for today's dispatch. The regular print file works.
Open the home page and tap Upload order PDFs. You can add several files together, including Meesho and Amazon files.
When one order ID contains two or three pieces of the same product, they are added together for that order, so the order shows under 2x or 3+ instead of being counted as separate single orders.
Products are sorted by total quantity and then alphabetically, so you pick the fast-moving items first.
Tap Copy to WhatsApp and paste it into your packing chat, along with the order count for each platform.
Because that single order ID contains two pieces of the same product. The list groups pieces by order so your picking count matches the parcels.
